Who we are
Conexus System (“Conexus”, “we”) provides the Conexus ERP Mobile app (Android package com.conexussystem.conexus_mobile) for employees and managers who already have a Conexus ERP account. The app talks only to our production API at https://erp.conexussystem.com.

What the app is
A workplace client: sign-in, clock-in / clock-out, leave, timesheets, approvals, advances/receipts, and dashboards. A public ROI calculator works without an account and does not send personal data to our servers.
Data we collect
- Account
Email or username, name, employee profile (code, position, department),
region, and permissions. Sent when you sign in. We store access and
refresh tokens in Android encrypted storage. “Remember me” stores
email only — never your password. - Precise location
Used only to:
• Clock in or out at the office or a project geofence
• Show the live map on Self-Service
• Send foreground presence pings while you are clocked in and the app is on screen.We do not collect location when the screen is locked or the app is in the background. You see an in-app explanation before the Android permission dialog. You can refuse; some clock-in sites will then be blocked if HR requires a geofence.
- Device identifier
After sign-in we create a random installation ID on the device and send it with platform (Android), a generic device name (“Android device”), and app version so HR can bind/approve the phone for attendance. This is not your advertising ID. - Files you attach
Optional PDF / JPG / PNG receipts (max 5 MB each) for cash advances or reimbursements. We send the file to ERP; we do not scan your gallery in the background. - Attendance and work actions
Clock events (time, optional lat/lng/accuracy, project, a biometric_verified true/false flag), leave and timesheet requests, and approval actions your role allows. - Notifications
In-app notification list and unread counts from ERP (approvals, alerts). We do not sell this data.
What we do not collect
* Advertising IDs, analytics SDKs, or crash reporters
* Contacts, SMS, call logs, or microphone
* Fingerprint / Face ID templates — those stay on the phone. We only send whether the OS confirmed you (true/false).
* Card numbers or consumer payment wallets
* Location while the device is locked
Why we use it
App functionality only: authenticate you, enforce geofence and device
policy, show your work queues, and store receipts on your company ERP.
Sharing
We do not sell data. We do not share it with advertisers. Data goes to your employer’s Conexus ERP tenant (hosted at erp.conexussystem.com) and to operators who run that system. OpenStreetMap tiles may be requested by the live map (IP address to the tile server) when you open Self-Service.
Security
HTTPS in transit. Tokens and preferences use Android encrypted storage. Android backup of app data is disabled. Sessions expire and return you to sign-in.
Retention and deletion
ERP keeps HR/finance records under your employer’s retention rules. On the phone: sign out clears tokens. You can uninstall to remove local prefs (remembered email, disclosure flag, installation ID). To delete account data on the server, email [email protected] or your company administrator. We will process requests through ERP.
Children
The app is for adults in a workplace. It is not directed at children under 18 (or 13).
Your rights
Depending on where you work (including KSA, UAE, Pakistan, and other regions your company uses), you may request access, correction, or deletion via the contact above.
Changes
We will update this page when collection changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
